Since 1946, these extraordinary hand-made mattresses have been valued by Architects and Interior Decorators throughout the United States. They are only available through select design showrooms, with the most discriminating clientele.
Six former presidents and scores of Hollywood film and television celebrities, professional athletes and entertainers have used these same mattress and box spring sets. Our mattress foundations provide the maximum support, incorporating a tradition of the most skillful craftsmanship while using only the finest all natural materials. These mattress and box spring sets can be ordered in standard or custom sizes. They can be made into unique shapes to fit oversized beds, antique beds, yachts and private plane cabins.

The All Cotton Mattress is unique in its reliance on all natural cotton and offers excellent orthopedic support. Thick cotton padding is hand-tufted to a Swiss designed inner spring network and then covered in an elegant 100% Belgian cotton ticking.
The All Cotton mattress provides the foundation for all Royal-Pedic innerspring mattresses.
The Quilt Top Mattress is constructed by taking an All Cotton mattress and enveloping it with thick New Zealand Lambswool batting and quilting it with the finest Belgian cotton ticking.
The Pillowtop Mattress, with its extra thick latex pad on the top and bottom of the All Cotton mattress, provides a firm mattress with an extra plush surface feel.
The Royal Cloud Pillowtop features three times the padding as the regular pillowtop.
The Foxfibre® Organic Cotton Mattress is made with undyed, unbleached cotton and uses only the most pristine, pesticide-free, all organic materials to address every heath and environmental concern.
The All Natural Latex Mattress takes sleeping comfort to another level and comes in two firmnesses. The latex foundation features seven zones of varying density, with extra support in the torso and lower back area. Only natural latex extracted from rubber trees is used. Synthetic latex, common in other mattresses, is produced from polyurethane derived foams which emit ormaldehyde, and other harmful particulates. Our natural latex foundation is ideal for people with respiratory sensitivity and other health issues.
The Royal Latex Hand-Tufted Mattress is enveloped by long-staple cotton padding, held in place by hand-tufting which makes the foundation firmer. The mattress is then covered in a pristine 100% Belgian cotton (Foxfibre® Organic cotton can also be specified).
The Royal Latex Quilt Top Mattress is enveloped with thick New Zealand Lambswool batting and quilted with the finest Belgian cotton ticking. The plush quilt top and the fact that the foundation is not tufted makes this style more pliant, but still supportive.
BOXSPRING:
The special tri-zoned boxspring features 50% more coils in the center third, where it is needed most. A unique Lock Grid System uses heavy guage wire to keep the coils in place. This is superior to hand-tied coil systems which can loosen over time. The frame is made of kiln dried heavy duty slate wood for maximum durability and support.
