Shipping

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. It generally takes no more than 1-2 days to process an order, although we frequently process and ship in stock items in less than 24 hours.

If there is an unexpected delay in your order, we will notify you via email. It is your responsibility to notify us if you would like to cancel the shipment due to a delay.

We ship domestically to 48 continental states. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. To request expedited shipping, please contact us. If you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii, or International Destination an additional shipping surcharge applies to your order. Please contact us via email BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER for rate quotes of shipping services other than UPS Ground. We will contact you with information regarding who is carrying your shipment and how much shipping and handling will cost in your case.

We reserve the right to review and adjust if necessary shipping cost for LARGE VOLUME ORDERS.
