If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days from the date of purchase for refund or exchange. If you are returning your merchandise, we will promptly refund your money excluding shipping and handling charges and restocking fee if applicable. In case you are exchanging a defective item, a new one will be promptly shipped to you subject to stock availability. Simply follow the rules below:
We cannot accept returns after 14 days from shipping date.
All claims of discrepancy regarding quantity, price or other conditions must be made within one business day from date merchandise was received.
Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise be sure to notify both the carrier and Arrelle.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing materials.
Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unaltered and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Products must be repackaged properly, in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
Contact Arrelle at (312) 321-3696 Monday - Friday (10:00 to 6:00 CST) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a RMA Number.
Indicate your RMA Number on the packing slip and include packing slip with your return.
Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. If the return or exchange is due to a Arrelle error, we will pay for the cost of shipping.
